Brian Chase - California Car Accident Attorney

You are here:  Home > About Us > Brian Chase

Brian Chase is considered one of the top personal injury lawyers in the nation. His presence and success in the courtroom has been idolized by many, but not duplicated. Brian argued and won in the California Supreme Court, changing the law in California to the benefit of injured plaintiffs. In the last couple of years, he has entered into numerous seven- and eight-figure settlements, pushing aside corporate defense attorneys with hardly a sweat. Brian attributes his astonishing success to his passion for obtaining justice, and holding wrongdoers accountable for their negligence.

"I specifically went to law school to become a personal injury trial attorney. It is what I love, what I do, and who I am. When all is said and done, I am responsible for obtaining justice for those whose lives have been abruptly cut short or horribly diminished as a result of someone else's negligence, and I do not take my responsibilities lightly."

- Brian Chase

Brian's Passions

  • Helping injured people attain justice from big corporations when they manufacture dangerous products that cause injuries due to placing profit over safety.
  • Helping accident victims collect what they are due from insurance companies that believe they are solely in business to collect premiums, as opposed to the business of paying valid claims, as their contracts of insurance and the law require.
  • The intellectual challenge of litigation, and beating the other side at their own game. There is no professional thrill like it.

Brian's Achievements

  • Top 50 Orange County Lawyers by Southern California SuperLawyers
  • One of Orange County's Top Lawyers by OC METRO.
  • Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The American Trial Lawyers Association
  • Brian Chase named one of OCTLA's Top Guns Product Liability Trial Lawyer of the Year, 2004
