Our firm has an "AV" rating, the highest possible rating, for ethical standards and professional ability by the most highly respect attorney rating service, Martindale-Hubbell. The firm and its attorneys have many other awards and designations, but Martindale-Hubbell's is the most recognized and comprehensive of the rating companies.

We work on a contingent fee basis, meaning you don't pay us until and unless we recover money for you. We are so confident in our ability to recover money for our clients that we advance all claim processing and litigation costs.

Call us and see if we impress you with our professionalism and dazzle you with our hospitality from your first phone call through to the day you cash your settlement check and feel that sense of justice done.

The Beginning

The history of our law firm's roots date back to September of 1974 when a first-year law student, on his way to school in his VW Beetle, collided with a full-size car which turned left in front of his path. The Beetle was crushed like a soda can and the driver, John Bisnar, severely injured, was taken away by ambulance.

John hired one of his law professors, who specialized in car accidents, to represent him. John's law professor taught him what it was like to be poorly represented as a client. There were no phone calls returned, no guidance, no assistance and no enthusiastic representation. There was a total lack of concern and no integrity.

The Vow

As a result of this disheartening experience, John Bisnar vowed to be the type of attorney that he wanted working for him after his car accident. To do for his clients what his attorney failed to do for him. That is the type of representation John Bisnar insists that we provide every client, every day.

Our Principles

As the result of Mr. Bisnar's vow to provide the type of service he wanted when he was a client, we strictly adheres to these principals:

1) Treat every client the way we would want to be treated if we were the client.

2) Advance all necessary costs of their case, as a symbol of our belief in our client and their cause.

3) Only represent people who we believe in and like.

4) Only represent people who we believe have a moral and legal right to recover monetary compensation.

5) Only pursue cases that are economically viable both for the client and the law firm, unless there is an overwhelming social value in doing so.

The Gift

The GiftAs irony would have it, John Bisnar's auto accident became a gift that shaped his career, his principles and the quality of representation we offer you. The lousy car accident attorney taught him valuable lessons on how to treat clients that could not be learned in law school.

Now, John Bisnar is a recognized in the legal industry as a leader in client care. He is regularly invited to speak at lawyer conventions and attorney continuing education workshops on the subject of meeting the needs of the client, or what John calls, "micromanaging the client experience."

Call us at 1-800-561-4846 and see if you feel we are the type of people you want representing you.
